Keeping Americans Connected to Opportunity (KACO) is dedicated to helping these Americans by promoting and preserving wireless Lifeline. This program provides access to telecommunications services to people who cannot afford it, providing them with an opportunity to seek employment, reenter the workforce, support themselves and their families and stay connected in an emergency.
